The Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) directly supports the Restaurant General Manager with the leadership, culture, and direction of a Taco Bell unit. Specifically, you’re accountable for supporting the organized, efficient, and profitable operation of your restaurant by achieving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, accuracy, building maintenance, product quality, recruiting, training & development, and speed of service.
