About the job
The Director of Operations reports directly to the Regional Vice President and provides leadership and direct supervision for up to six Area Coaches/Senior Area Coaches, encompassing up to 40 or more restaurants. They are accountable for operational effectiveness, financial management, talent management, and administrative reporting for each of the areas under their supervision.
