The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is the leader of a million-dollar business! You are responsible for the leadership, culture, and direction of a Taco Bell unit. Specifically, you’re accountable for the organized, efficient, and profitable operation of your restaurant by achieving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, accuracy, building maintenance, product quality, recruiting, training & development, and speed of service.
